Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySYLVIA DARWENT February 27, 1930 - June 27, 2015 Peacefully, Sylvia Darwent passed away at Golden Links Lodge on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Sylvia was predeceased by her husband Alan in 1993; and grandson Philippe in 2005. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Alyson (Dominique) and Beverley (Larry); grandchildren Chris (Gwen), Kevin (April), Sebastien (Hanika), Alex (Shayna), Mathieu (Simone), Catherine, and Christine (Lindsey); great-grandchildren Aiden, Emma, Micah, Shay, and Amelia. A celebration of Sylvia's life will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Sylvia's name to a charity of your choice. A special thanks goes to the staff at Golden Links Lodge for the loving care and attention that they provided for Mum and our family.
