Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySIU CHUN KWOK November 9, 1935 - July 2, 2015 Sadly we announce the passing of Siu Chun Kwok on July 2, 2015 at Riverview Health Centre. Siu Chun is survived by his loving wife Amy and two sons Raymond (Glenda) and Timothy and granddaughter Ashley. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at 2W Riverview for their care as well as the many home care workers who have looked after Siu Chun in the past. A private family service will follow.
