LUCILLE ST. PIERRE August 11, 1950 - July 10, 2015 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Lucille St. Pierre (née Vouriot) at Concordia Hospital, with her family by her side. She was born and raised in La Salle, MB and moved to Winnipeg when she was 17 years old. She later moved to Edmonton for four years with Emile, before returning back to Winnipeg and settling in St. Boniface to start their lives together and their family. They married in 1973 and were blessed with two children, Paul in 1981 and Lynne in 1985. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, baking, volunteering at High Steppers, researching her family history, gardening, reading, and going for walks. She leaves behind her children, Paul (Melanie) and Lynne, her three grandchildren, Yvonne, Rhéal and Théo. She also leaves her siblings Therese (Gordon), Rose (Don), Gilles, Aline (Clovis), Marcel and Diane (widow of Denis). She is survived by Emile's family, Sister Marie S.J.S.H, Joseph (Cecile), Hector (Rachelle) and John (Theresa), as well and countless nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and family friends. Lucille was predeceased by her beloved husband Emile in 2009, her parents Eugene in 1998 and Denise in 2013, siblings Aline in 1957, Denis in 2005 and Roland in 2012, and Emile's parents Gerard in 1988 and Alexandrine in 2003. Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Father Fred Olds on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Rd., followed by interment at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Paul, Lynne and Melanie would like to thank the staff of 3E at Concordia Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Ave., Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. We love you, Mom. Rest in Peace. We send our deepest condolences to Lucille's family. While we are unable to be with you, our thoughts and prayers are with you. We only knew Lucille for a few years, but it was alway a pleasure to run into her in the hallway or garage. She was the sweetest and kindest person and will be missed by all. May she be at Peace! - Posted by: Rick & Ingrid Fredette (Neighbours from 201 - 111 Bond Street) on: Jul 16, 2015
