Kerri was a beautiful soul with a great heart, quick wit, and bright smile. She was a dedicated Zumba gal, and a soulful dancer. May you rest in peace Kerri. My condolences to her family. - Posted by: Anne (Zumba) on: Sep 10, 2015

I had the privilege of knowing Kerri through adult tap & jazz classes that we took together over the past 6 years. Kerri was a natural at dance; there wasn't much she couldn't do in our classes (even a double pirouette in both directions). She picked up the choreography quickly, and more importantly remembered it (a great plus for those who often missed classes or just forgot everything). She was funny, kind and always supportive. I will truly miss her. My sincere sympathies go to Chad and all of her friends & family. - Posted by: Carolyn Jarvin (Fellow Adult Tap & Jazz dancer) on: Sep 06, 2015

I had the pleasure and privilege to work with Kerri on a small team at RBC for the last few years. She truly was a beautiful, friendly and kind person, along with a hardworking and helpful colleague. Her smile brightened our office! Her desk may be empty now but her presence will always be there with us. Kerri may have been small in stature – but she had a huge impact on everyone! My heartfelt condolences to Chad and all of Kerri’s family and I hope all your beautiful memories of Kerri will bring you comfort. - Posted by: Cindy Plante (Colleague) on: Sep 04, 2015

Kerri was my client and friend for many years. I will miss her deeply. I booked all her appointments for her, that's how well I knew her. She always appreciated me doing that for her so she could always get in. I will miss her smile as she would walk in the door. She was one of my favourite people and I am so saddened by her passing. I knew Kerri from Zumba and step Zumba. I have taken photos for Zumba and when I heard this awful news, I immediately went to my laptop and found all the past Zumba albums. Kerri was in many of the photos dancing away fit as ever and always with a smile. She treated me kindly and was a sweet person. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you at this difficult time. - Posted by: Colleen (Friend from Zumba ) on: Sep 03, 2015

My adventures in dance lead me to deeply admire Kerri for her skill in picking up choreography, her rhythm, her calmness as recital grew close and best of all her smile and kindness. When not dancing directly behind her, I too enjoyed the evening recitals and seeing Kerri's smiling face and her joy in performing. My deepest sympathies to the family, Kerri will not be forgotten. - Posted by: Trish Bergal ((Fellow Dancer)) on: Sep 03, 2015

I had the privilege to dance with Kerri for many years first at Shelley Shearer and the last 3 years with Zumba by Yvonne. I will always remember her bright smiling face, her witty sense of humour her calm gentle spirit., and her passion for dance which brought us together. She was always there to help and encourage in dance class, if you could remember a step you could always count on Kerri she always remember! One year when we were at Shelley Shearer I remember she was away for 6 weeks in Florida a few months before recital when the rest of us were struggling to remember steps she picked up the steps without missing a beat and ready to help the rest of us. The last time I saw Kerri was Tuesday August 25, she was standing right next to me doing Zumba in the Park with Yvonne, we talked about the upcoming dance season for Shelley Shearer and Zumba. We danced Zumba outside, she was smiling as usual, we laughed, we sweated we had so much fun! I will miss her! The world has lost a bright light but heaven has a new angel and she has tap shoes on or she is working on her Zumba moves. My thoughts and prayers go out to Chad and the rest of her family. - Posted by: Tulip Mallick-Schnerch (Fellow dancer at Shelley Shearer and Zumba with Yvonne) on: Sep 03, 2015

All of us who knew Kerri as a dancer at our school, will miss her smile and joy of dance. She was quick at learning the steps and very talented, even though she was too humble to admit it. I always looked forward to watching the adults dance at our recitals and Kerri was a standout every year. Our hearts go out to Chad and Kerri's family. A light has gone out here, but I'm sure it is shining bright in heaven. - Posted by: Shelley Shearer-Nelko (Kerri was a wonderful student at my dance school.) on: Sep 02, 2015

Kerri will be dearly missed. I had the privilege of having her in my dance class this past year. You would never see her without a smile and she was always pushing herself and supporting her classmates. I am so thankful that I was able to get to know her and send her family strength and peace during this tough time. We have an angel watching over us! - Posted by: Vanessa () on: Sep 02, 2015

I enjoyed tapping with Kerri for several years. I adored her. She was the most kind-hearted, gentle and sweet person and boy could she dance! I'm glad she was in the front row so that I could follow her steps. She always encouraged me during class and especially at recital time. She always had a beautiful smile and a twinkle in her eyes. She was rather witty too. All the dancers in heaven will be following her lead. I am so terribly sorry for your loss.
