Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIAN NORMAN NORTON 1951-2015 Brian passed away at home September 16, 2015, he was 64. Brian was retired from VIA Rail where he enjoyed a decorated 30 year career. He enjoyed cooking, baking, and golf. Always with friends and always with his beloved cats. Brian is survived by his son Trevor; daughter Melanie; sisters, Judy, Penny and brothers, Roy and Wayne. He is predeceased by his parents Burt and Anne; brothers, Chuck and Richard. Family would like to acknowledge and thank the many friends Brian had made over his lifetime; he held you all so dear for so long. At Brian's request nobody will make a big deal of his passing. Your armpits will not hold a service unless you want a kick in the pants. Rather, please make a donation on Brian's behalf to the Winnipeg SPCA and/or perform an unsolicited good deed.
