ERIC FRANCIS FOUGERE It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father, brother and son, Eric Francis Fougere on Saturday, October 10, 2015 in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 67 years. • Saddened to learn of Ricks passing. Our friend and childhood buddy with whom we spent many good times in the neighborhood will be missed. - Posted by: Larry Maltman (Friend) on: Nov 08, 2015

  • I just found out about Rick's passing, Friday, October 23, 2015, and wish to pass along my deepest condolences to his family. I too am saddened to hear about his illness. I worked in a City of Winnipeg program and had daily contact with Rick for almost 10 years. We had daily discussions and Rick was always ever so kind. He always took the time to answer my Zoning questions. We did share the common interest of cycling and travelling. I'm glad to hear that he did make it to Europe with his son. I wish I had kept in touch and heard more of his travel stories. - Posted by: Les Walterson (Co-Worker) on: Oct 23, 2015

  • I'd like to express my deep regrets at the passing of my friend Rick; and convey my heartfelt condolences to Rick's family. I was allowed the privilege of spending many happy hours with Rick both at Caddy Lake, and at our shared workplace at the City of Winnipeg. We were friends for many years - since the day he invited me to his home to meet his young son 'Bobby' who was sound asleep in his crib. He was indeed a proud father! I have missed ~ and will miss Eric's regaling me with tales of his worldly travels. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time in Rick's company, and I will dearly miss my old friend. May he Rest in Peace until we meet again. It was an honour to call him my friend. - Posted by: John Todd (An Honoured Friend) on: Oct 22, 2015
