  • Don…what can I say? You were taken from us way too early my friend. I wish you were able to enjoy retirement and your wife before you went home. Made so many memories in your back yard "your own little piece of paradise". One I remember mostly was when Joanne and I got out the box of glowing stuff and went crazy. Everything was glowing…remember? My condolences go out to Joanne and her family and all who met Don and are missing him. Love…hugs…prayers! Will indeed miss you my friend. - Posted by: Corinne Gawriluk (Neighbour and friend) on: Nov 19, 2015

  • Although we only met Don a few times he was a very friendly happy man. He was a very easy going man who shared stories from his past and had a great sense of humour. He will be greatly missed by the people who were lucky enough to have met him and shared his company. Our sympathy and prayers go out to Joanne and her family. All our love. - Posted by: Janice Wagner and Betty Behl (Friends) on: Nov 17, 2015

  • Where to start, this still feels like it's a dream like reality didn't kick in yet. I miss you so much you were the best step father in the world . You always have been there for me, as well as others. I miss you so much miss the way you would sing to us play guitar for the Grandchilden. And most of all married my mother and made her the first priority and made her happy. No words can describe how I feel at this moment I know it's life but it was too sudden. No one will ever take your place and you'll forever be in my heart and missed dearly. I love you don you were the best step father ever. I look outside ever night and see the brightest star shining and I know it's you shining up there looking down on us. Miss you so much . May you rest in Paradise now and be set free, till we meet again. xoxox love always your daughter Tanya ❤️ - Posted by: Tanya (Daughter) on: Nov 17, 2015
