Carol was such a thoughtful person and we shared lots of good stories about family. I know Ellie meant everything to her. She was a proud grandma. We chatted about our love for our dogs. I use to look forward to the Xmas ornaments she made and used to give away. She gave me the Best customer service when she worked with Vitran. I was shocked to learn that she passed away so young.
