She is survived by her daughter Ceyannah; mother Kathy Aandal, father Rob Chambers, brothers Jessie and Brenden. Rae-Anne also leaves behind many loved ones: her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, many extended family and friends. Rae-Anne was a kind soul with a warm heart and cared deeply for all those around her. She was always there for her loved ones with hugs, smiles and lots of love to be shared. Rae-Anne's accomplishment in her short life was her legacy she built with her daughter. Her love of music and fashion always followed her and no one gave hugs like the way she had. A celebration of life with a come and go reception will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day St. in Winnipeg, MB. She was a bundle of energy. When my daughter was her neighbour, they would cook breakfast for the the wee ones. Try on each others clothes and they would always say, girl you look awesome in that. It was great to hear the chatter and the giggles. Rae-Anne you left this life too soon. May you be in peace that you so yearned for. I am so sorry for the loss of your Mommy, daughter, niece, cousin, friend.... We met a few times and she was so kind and happy. My heart aches for you Kiki, I hope life treats you kindly and I was very lucky to get a few of those famous hugs from your Mom.
