Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINA (KAETHE) MULLER 1933 - 2015 Katherina passed peacefully on November 26, 2015 at the age of 82. She is survived by her loving husband Josef, her brother Blasius (Hanna), and many nephews, nieces and extended family in Canada and Germany. She was predeceased by her parents and nine siblings in Germany. Katherina was born on March 23, 1933 in Gross Pallas, Romania. During the Second World War Katherina lived in Austria, Poland and Northern Germany before settling in Southern Germany with her family. Katherina and Josef were marred in 1957 and immigrated to Winnipeg, Canada in 1964 where they lived comfortably for over 40 years. During this time she worked at Manitoba Sausage and Winnipeg Old Country Sausage and participated actively in St. Joseph's Church Choir and the German Society of Winnipeg Choir. Together she and Joseph greatly enjoyed participating in Folklorama every year and made many great friends in Winnipeg. In 2004 they moved to Penticton and enjoyed the Okanagan lifestyle for the last 11 years. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 30, 11:00 a.m. at the Everden Rust Funeral Chapel located at 1130 Carmi Avenue, Penticton.
