  • My heartfelt sympathy to Ingrid's family - Michelle, Nicole and Ray and your families. I worked with your mother at St. Boniface Hospital many years ago, and moved to Vancouver, but we continued to keep in touch. I just received a Christmas card and a lovely note from her only a few weeks ago. She was a wonderful lady and I am so sorry .... please know my thoughts and prayers are with you..........sincerely, Joanne Kostyra - Posted by: Joanne Kostyra (Friend) on: Jan 04, 2016

I will post the date here ASAP as I know some may wish to book flights. - Posted by: Michelle Pichette Breault (Daughter) on: Jan 02, 2016

  • I was so truly shocked to hear the news of Mrs. Pichette's passing. When I saw her last, she was so full of vim and vigour, the way I will always remember her. We go back to the mid-70's when she was the head coach of then known as Purple Panthers. She was always a very good friend who even came to my wedding in 1991. I thought she was live to be 100 at least with her strength of character and determination....she will be deeply missed!! - Posted by: Colin Stark (Good friend from gymnastics over 40 years) on: Jan 01, 2016

  • I am very surprised, thought Mrs. Pichette would be with us forever, just from pure determination. Special lady and a marvelous addition to the Norwood Flats. All dog walkers on Lyndale Drive have missed her since she left the area a few years ago. Always think of her when I drive by her lovely home on Ferndale Ave. RIP - Posted by: Claudia Beischer (Neighbour/dog walking friend) on: Dec 31, 2015

Ingrid, you will be lovingly missed by so many of us, most especially your family including your furry little best friend Bailey. Rest in God's peace dear lady.
