Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAILEEN FLORENCE HALL 1928 - 2016 In the afternoon hours of January 10th, 2016, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Aileen Hall passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side. Aileen will be forever remembered tenderly by her daughters, Beverley Hall-Zerebecki (Bob), Lynn Code, Geri Isfeld (Brent), Lori Payne (Ernie), and Kim Prencipe (Tony). She was a devoted and loving grandmother to Erin McLauchlan (Andy), Kari Hamblin, Lora Zerebecki, Andrea Taplin (John), Jason Isfeld, Amanda Payne, and Danielle and Crystal Prencipe. She also adored her four great-grandchildren Dean, Cole and Emily McLauchlan and Ashtyn Hamblin. The main focus of Aileen's long, love-filled life was to provide, in every way, for her ever growing family. She always had a spot at the table for any friends her husband or girls could bring home. Her cottage and home were always full of love and laughter. She took such interest in the lives of others, always remembering the stories you had to tell her. She touched many with her kind, compassionate nature and big heart. The pride of her life, other than her family, was the cottage that she built with her husband Sidney, and her daughters. Ever the hostess, Aileen was always encouraging people to drop by the cottage. She was always prepared for company with her storeroom freezer full of treats and dainties. The property at West Hawk Lake will forever be a way for her loved ones to remember her and the family that she created together with Sid, the love of her life for 65 years. Aileen will be remembered for her independent, devoted and courageous attitude. Aileen was predeceased by her husband Sidney Hall, daughter Pamela, mother Florence Burgess, father William Burgess and brother Denis. A private memorial service celebrating Aileen's love and life has been held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Aileen's honour For those who wish to sign the online Guest Book please visit our website. We spent many happy times with the Hall family at West Hawk Lake in our younger years. Aileen and Sid Hall were always welcoming us at their cottage and in their home in Winnipeg. We have many great memories of the times with the entire family. Aileen will be missed! - Posted by: Rod and Marianne Nuttall (Friends with Aileen's daughters) on: Jan 18, 2016

I will miss Aileen a lot. When I worked for her I think we did as much talking as I did working. She was very proud of her family and always kept me up on everything they were doing. When the Christmas cactus she gave me blooms I will always think of her. Rest In Peace Aileen. - Posted by: Tally Doroshuk (Friend and former housekeeper) on: Jan 16, 2016
