My sincere condolences to the Rowan family. Frank will always have a very special place in my heart. I had the very good fortune to work with him for a few years at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He was very generous in sharing his time and considerable knowledge of the grain industry and he helped me sort through many challenging issues. Frank and Anita were amongst the first guests to visit after the birth of my son. He always talked about Anita with the greatest love and respect and it was lovely to see them together. - Posted by: Patti Miller (colleague/friend) on: Feb 09, 2016
