MAUDE JULIA JACOBSON (nee SAUNDERS) January 13, 1933 - January 13, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of my beloved wife and mother Maude Jacobson. She was predeceased by her parents Roderick and Ruby Saunders; and brothers Jim and Ken (Arlene). Maude is survived by her beloved husband Clarence Jacobson; by her five children Debbie (Sal), Gail (Brian), David (Lorraine), Cindy (Stuart), and Darren; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; along with many nephews and nieces. On January 13, 2016, surrounded by her family, Maude passed away due to complications of pneumonia. Mom was married for over 60 years to the love of her life. To know Mom was to love her. She loved to work, travel and to spend time with her family. Mom had a smile that lit up the room. She was an extraordinary woman who taught us about God, love and compassion. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. We would like to extend a special thanks to the ICU doctors and the staff at the Grace Hospital for their incredible care of our wife and mother.
