ANDREW EDMOND DUBOIS Andrew Edmond Dubois was born on October 24, 1946 to Anita and Ted Dubois in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. He grew up on the family farm in St. Claude and moved to British Columbia as a young man, where he met Inga Scheier. They married in 1969 and had sons Glen and Alves before moving home to Manitoba in 1977. After Inga's death in 1998, we were blessed to have our family grow to include Janine Brisson and her wonderful family. Andrew was predeceased by his father Ted and wife Inga. He is survived by his wife Janine Brisson, sons Glen (Mai), Alves (Jennifer), Nathan Balzer (Casey Bauer), his mother Anita Dubois, his foster brothers Christopher Kee, John (Sonia) Feakes and Roland (Doreen) Boille, his grandchildren and many more friends and family. A celebration of Andrew's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Andy to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.   • I have known Andy since the mid 80's when he was Gen. Mgr. of Transcona Dodge. I was the first female car sales women they ever had. Andy believed in people and brought the best out in all his staff. Those of us who knew him had great respect and admiration for him.
