Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • Met Fran when I worked in Jamaica 1962/63. A good friend who worked at Silver Sands Hotel which is a business I audited for what is now KPMG. Fran and I had the same birthdate 13 August 1938 so she was easily remembered. Condolences to all her family if this should reach them. - Posted by: Rex (Stone) on: Aug 16, 2018

  • I First met Frances in 1958, introduced to me by my, then boyfriend , Bob. Fran and I became fast friends. We lived together for a while . She then became one of my bridesmaids, when I married my darling Bobby, in 1961. We remained in close touch, in the ensuing years. Bobby and Frances were very close, and I too, was very close to my Dear Sister ( In law) My darling Bobby passed away , November 7th 2015, three months ago, and now my dear Frannie. Myself and my two daughters will miss Auntie Frances, so very much. It has been a sad journey of late. With our heartfelt love and loss. From Lisa (Paul), Nicole (Andy) and Sheila "we love you more" ( a quote taken from Robert Korlak's obituary). - Posted by: Sheila Korlak. (Sister ( sister in law)) on: Feb 20, 2016

  • Fran, you were a beautiful and gentle soul. I loved it when you came to visit the farm in Whitemouth. I know my parents really appreciated it too. You were welcoming, friendly, funny and brought us so much joy. You made me feel very special with your interest in my drawings, and then as I became a mom, teacher and artist, your continued interest and communications were so lovely and welcome. I will miss you dearly. Much love, Heather Korlak - Posted by: Heather Korlak (cousin (daughter of Robert and Mary Korlak, Whitemouth)) on: Feb 20, 2016
