JACQUELYNE (JACKIE) DAWN CHAMBERS April 7, 1964 - February 25, 2016 Suddenly on Thursday, February 25, 2016, Jackie passed away peacefully. She will be deeply missed by her two children Kelly (Ashley), Ashley (Sean) and granddaughter Emma. She is survived by her mother Joyce, brother Wayne, nephews Steve and Nicholas, best friend Jim and his mother Pauline. She was predeceased by her father Joe and numerous relatives and friends. Kelly, Ashley and granddaughter Emma were Jackie's pride and joy. She loved spending time at Gull Lake. Jackie loved animals especially her dog Roxsy and parrot Jamaica. Special thanks to the Home Care team. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at a later date. Memorial Service will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Winnipeg, MB, on Saturday March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jackie's memory to a charity of your choice.
