Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVAN CUI TRAN (TRAN BAO) September 15, 1932 - March 11, 2016 In Loving Memory As one of the "Boat People" who managed to escape communist Vietnam and make Winnipeg his home, he eventually became a well-respected member of the Vietnamese and Chinese communities. He was surrounded by loved ones when he passed and is survived by his wife, his six children, and many grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday March 18 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue at Henderson Highway.
