Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURETTE ROSE ALMA BILODEAU (neé NICOLAS) August 24, 1940 March 16, 2016 Unexpectedly with family by her side, Laurette passed away March 16, 2016. Laurette was predeceased by her husband Fred; her parents, Marguerite and Joseph and her sister Pauline. She will be deeply missed by her children, Suzanne (Ken), Joanne (Rick), Lise (Cary); grandchildren, Nicole (Joel), Natalie, Melissa (Adam), Jason, Rachel (Adam) and Jesse; one great-grandson Austin; and her extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Health Sciences Centre GA4 Medical CTU for their care and compassion during Laurette's last days. Special thank you to Norma, for her patience and understanding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2B7.
