DARRELL HALLIDAY After a long and courageous battle with liver cancer, Darrell passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the age of 62. Darrell was predeceased by his mother Muriel, sisters Fern (Henry), and Laurie and brother Tim. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Darlene, children Nicole (Corey), and Brendan, grandchildren Jayce and Juliana along with brothers Jack, Garth, Barry (Lalita), and Lance (Audrey). Darrell worked for Health Science Centre for 35 years, until his retirement in 2011. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. The family would like to thank the medical staff at Cancer Care and a special thanks to nurse Nubia for all her care and compassion. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home. 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. "I will see you again; this is not where it ends. I will carry you with me." Love Dar

I had the honor of being a bridesmaid at the wedding of Darlene and Darrell. Darlene and I worked together for many years. Darrell was a proud man who dearly loved Darlene and their children and grandchildren. I am grateful for knowing him. May he rest in peace.
