Brad worked with Bill for 37 years. Bill made going to work bearable by always joking around and trying to cheer people up. He was also an extremely hard worker and had a work ethic seldom seen in the workplace. After they both retired, Bill and Brad remained close friends. They enjoyed many bike rides together on their Hondas and met occasionally with other coworkers for breakfast. He will be sorely missed. - Posted by: Brad and Ilona McEachern (Co-worker and Friend ) on: Mar 30, 2016

Very saddened to hear of Bill's passing, Bill and I worked together for 37+ years, and I was honoured to speak at Bill's Retirement. Bill was very caring and was always quick to ask how my wife was doing when she was going through treatments. Bill left a BIG hole when he retired which is still felt to this day. Bill will be missed thought and prayers to Family. - Posted by: Grant D. Scott (Co-Worker) on: Mar 29, 2016

Bill was an amazing person who talked to everyone with kindness and genuine interest. He was our sons God Father and Shane knew that when Uncle Bill spoke with him he truly cared. For anyone that met Bill knew he was just that kind of person. We loved you for so long and will miss you so very much. Thanks you for being such a wonderful Uncle to all our children and especially that special relationship you shared with Shane. Love always Uncle Bill - Posted by: Al and Corie Siddle (related) on: Mar 29, 2016

I worked in the Portage la Prairie Land Titles Office and from time to time worked in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office where I worked beside Bill on different occasions. When the land titles converted to the electronic system Bill and others from Winnipeg came to our office to help set up the system in our office. I respected Bill for his work ethic, his knowledge and his good nature. He was a fun guy and a straight shooter. He was always able to assess a situation and form a sound opinion. Bill was one of the best employees that WLTO ever had and his ability to produce was unrivaled. He will be missed and it is unfortunate that he passed so soon after retiring. Totally unfair!! - Posted by: Gordon Plunkett (Friend) on: Mar 29, 2016
