Jack was a long time friend to my two grown children and I. Both of my children liked him and felt comfortable in his presence. We found him to be uniquely modest and full of warm insights on the value of living. As a perceptive good Soul, he had a sense of humor, gratitude, wisdom and often shared kind words towards others. While it has become culturally common for individuals to refer to themselves as being “spiritual” in today’s society, Jack was truly a spiritual person because he consciously knew himself as Soul, separate, apart and higher than the physical body that Soul temporarily wears during this life. Ever a lover of God, Jack volunteered and shared his love for others and life through his volunteer efforts, as a satsang teacher, a public speaker, an accountant and past provincial board member in the Eckankar community. Jack also expressed his enduring love for his three wonderful daughters upon occasion and recognized that sometimes it is difficult to express the deep love we have for others in words or even through a simple hug. To his family I would like to thank you for sharing Jack’s life with so many others. Jack’s life added value to the lives of others, and we abide in peace with the true knowledge that a unique kind hearted person like Jack surely has a deserving place in heaven. To my friend Jack I will say, where there is love there is no true separation. We will meet again… - Posted by: Doug Culliford (Friend) on: Apr 13, 2016
