Dear Lorraine and Compton, When we look back and remember Desmond, the first thing we see in our minds is a curly headed beautiful little kid with the little giggly laugh and the mischievous smile that went with it.. ahh, those twinkling eyes...He could always be found teasing everyone especially Colin. He was an amazing person! I am so proud and privileged to have known him. Philip and I are so very sorry to hear about Desmond passing away. We just found out about it today. We are sad that we didn't hear about it so we could have come to his funeral. We know that sometimes things happen that seem too difficult to face. But hearts do mend, and time can be a healer to help soothe the pain. As you share your stories and memories of how very much he meant, you will find comfort. And, throughout this very sad time, may you all know the deep sympathy and concern that is being felt for your family. Heaven has welcomed a Very Special Person and he will be missed dearly. Another Bright and Brilliant Star is shining in our heavenly sky. We know that Colin would have been there to greet him. Rest in Peace Desmond. We are sending all of you our heartfelt Prayers, Love and and Great Big Hugs.....
