CORINNE MARY PROULX March 27, 1959 - April 22, 2016 After a long courageous battle with cancer, Corinne passed away on April 22, 2016, at the Health Sciences Centre. She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Roger Remple, her father Hector and brother Curtis. Corinne was a hard and conscientious worker her entire life. After graduating grade 12, she worked at Fort Garry Trust for three years and then Canada Trust for 15 years. In 1995, she lost her job, as her position was declared redundant. Not one to remain idle, she sought and found employment several months later at Empire Drugs, where she remained until 2013, when illness forced her to stop working. When she was well, her spare time was spent tending her many flowers and plants that made the yard so beautiful each summer. Corinne touched many hearts with her kindness, sincerity and generosity. She will be forever missed by her husband, family and many friends. Funeral service will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway. Viewing will be held one half hour prior to service. Interment to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery.
