STACY KATHLEEN (BAGSHAW) GABRIEL Stacy Kathleen (Bagshaw) Gabriel beloved wife of Warwick, died peacefully in Vancouver, BC on February 17, 2016 after a valiant battle with cancer. She also leaves behind her loving sons, Connor (22) and Hamish (20), parents Ted and Sybil Bagshaw, brother, Tim (Virginia), sister, Lindsay (Pat), niece, Paige, plus many other family members. Stacy was born in Winnipeg, January 3, 1970. She lived the first 18 years of her life in the wonderful community of Wildwood Park; then moved to British Columbia in 1988. Stacy spent the remainder of her life raising a family; working as a chiropractic assistant, raising funds for different organizations and was an avid rower. The Delta Deas Adaptive Rowing Club, will be naming a boat in her honour, called "Able Spirit". Stacy was an inspiration to everyone she met; she will be remembered for her kindness and will be missed by her family and many friends. Donations can be made to Cancer Research or any Animal Rescue website. A service of Remembrance will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church on June 11 at 1:30 p.m., 830 North Drive, Fort Garry, officiate Tim Sale, with a reception to follow.
