Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • I feel a void. Whether you realize it or not kid, but you are significant to me. From coming to work with me to coming to live with us, you matter. It feels wrong to admit how much I already miss you. I will try to live up to your words of advice. I am sorry you weren't able to reach out to me so I could share your troubles. Please remember how proud I am of you. Please give Donna a huge hug for me. I love you both in ways I don't know how to express. - Posted by: Derick Smith (Uncle) on: Jun 14, 2016

  • Having a hard time knowing I can't just call u up to chat about anything, lol. I remember years back we would send one another texts that were jokes on the old BBM hahaha and still send each other selfies asking which one is better to post on IG or FB hahahaha..I'm glad that I had the opportunity to become a friend and a listening ear as you did with me with many things *hugs* ...you are truly going to be missed by many...gone but never forgotten xo, your ride or die girl always - Posted by: Lisa Vestur (Friend ) on: Jun 12, 2016

  • So many people are grieving the extreme loss of Brent. He was a bright fun energetic guy who everyone loved. He was always positive and definitely loved what he did. I remember sitting in his living room, just sitting there talking. No tv, just real communication. He lit up the whole room. I'll never forget that. My condolences to the family - Posted by: Tyra johnson (Friend) on: Jun 09, 2016

  • I am so incredibly sorry for your family's loss. Brent used to fly Owen in twice a year (every summer and again sometime during the Christmas holidays) and I will miss catching up with him during our 'kiddo' exchanges. I will always remember (and appreciate ) how generous he was in letting me have some time with Owen, even when his stays would be quite short. Brent didn't have to do that and yet he always did, without fail. RIP Brent. You will be missed by more people than you can imagine. - Posted by: Cheryl Johnston (Owen's maternal grandma) on: Jun 09, 2016
