Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARBARA LUCY MILLS A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29 at St. Andrews Anglican Church, 2700 Portage Avenue, for the late Barbara Mills who died on February 7, 2016 at the age of 93. Barbara came to Canada in 1946 as a war bride and worked for many years as a Public Health Nurse for the City of Winnipeg. This will be a chance for friends and family to celebrate a life well lived.
