DIANNE EMILY DROPKO (nee CHARLES) If there ever comes a day when we can't be together.... Keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever. Dianne Dropko, aged 65, left us on Sunday, July 17, 2016, with her family at her side. She leaves behind her two sons, Wes (Sarah) and Jared, her two cherished granddaughters, Emily and Madison. She was predeceased by her husband Ken, and her mother Emily. She also leaves behind her father Ken Charles, her brothers, Bill (Debbie) and Calvin (Tammy), her nephews Carey (Jill), Colin (Mel), Colton (Chantal) and Austin, and many wonderful and loving family and friends. As a young girl Dianne started her career working for the Hudson Bay Company. She later worked for the Winnipeg Convention Centre and then the Civil Service Superannuation Board as Director of Communication. Dianne retired in 2007 to spend time taking care of her loving parents and cherishing moments with her boys and granddaughters. The family would like to express their appreciation to the doctors and staff of the Selkirk District General Hospital. The loving care and support given to us will never be forgotten. Thank you to Dr. Nader Shenouda and the numerous EMTs that helped us through this difficult time. A private family celebration of Dianne's life has taken place. In lieu of flowers, friends and family may honour a wonderful lady with donations made to the Selkirk General District Hospital, Box 5000, Selkirk, MB R1A 2M2 or call 1-204-785-7303. www.seasonsfunerals.ca
