JUDITH THERESE BEHNKE October 15, 1939 - July 25, 2016 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Judy on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Concordia Hospital at the age of 76 years. Judy leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband Bob; daughter Donna (Tim) Moran; son Paul and grandchildren, Andrew and Jason Moran. She also leaves to mourn, her brother Gerald Miller and sister-in-law Jenett Boyko; nephews Chris, Micheal (Jenn) and family; cousin Audrey (Karl) Felsen. She was predeceased by her parents Jack and Cecilla Miller and her parents-in-law Louis and Mary Behnke and a brother-in-law Bill Boyko. Judy was born in Winnipeg and attended St. Joseph's School. She was a secretary during her working years, but when the children arrived, she decided to stay at home and look after the family. Her church was important to her and she was an active member of the St. Theresa's C.W.L. We thank the staff at Concordia Hospital and Ann of Palliative Care for the care given to Judy. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, 3597 Main St., West St. Paul, MB. with Rev. Father David Kowalski celebrant. In accordance with Judy's wishes, cremation will follow the mass. A private interment will be at a later date. If friends so desire in lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the St. Benedict Foundation Heart Song Program or Winnipeg Humane Society.
