NANCY ADOLPHE In loving memory of Nancy Adolphe, who passed away on September 26th 2016 at Beacon Hill Lodge, at the age of 58. She is survived by her children, Katrina and Curtis, her partner Frank, her sister Simone, and many loved ones. The funeral will be held Wednesday, October 5th 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Donations can be made to Beacon Hill for their care and compassion. I just learned of Nancy's passing this morning and wanted to express my sincere condolences to her children, partner and to you Simone. Nancy was the beautiful little flower girl who was a part of making our wedding day so special. I imagine she and Ray will be doing a lot of reminiscing. My heart goes out to Nancy's children and her sister. Nancy and I were the best of friends at school. We use to write volumes of letters to each other at school and in the evenings at home and exchange our scribblers each day and write some more. I hung out with Nancy, when she was living with her mother at the time and visiting her father from time to time. I lived on Brussel's St in St. Boniface. I moved to Halifax after high school and we did not keep in touch but I have often thought of her and wondered how she was. I know her mom had Huntington's and if this is what took Nancy I am so sorry. It was heart breaking for her to see her mother with this and I hate to think she had the same.
