GAIL VICTORIA MICHALKOW July 2, 1951 - October 10, 2016 Gail was born in Canora, Saskatchewan to Joe and Leona Michalkow, she grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She will lovingly be remembered by her daughter Melissa Philp, son-in-law Roger Philp and the light of her life, grandson Owen; her special sister Cynthia Melanson, who spent endless hours with her over the last few months; Cynthia's husband Don and their children, Joe, Terra and Aleshia. Many thanks to Karen Holigroski who was like a sister to her, they spent every day together with Karen taking care of her till her last day. Also her group of friends at her apartment block who were so caring during her short battle with cancer. She will also be missed by her special cousins, Terry Michalkow and Karen D'Ottavio, they could get into no end of trouble growing up. Missing her will be her fur baby Bella. Beverly Gancher and her girls and many more friends and relatives. Gail was a loving and generous person who cared for so many people. She will be missed each and every day.
