Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDELMAR KING December 7, 1932 October 13, 2016 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Delmar King, on October 13, 2016, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 83 years. Del was a true gentleman who was dignified, kind, loving and mild. He was beloved by all who knew him and especially treasured by his family. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his devoted wife Angie, of 62 years; son Wayne (June) King; daughter Carolyn (Lee) Carlson; seven grandchildren, Kristi (Luke) Kreamer, Janelle (Tyler) Kroes; Jaclyn (Domenico) Albanese, Tanner (Amanda) King, Teddi (Joshua) Kyrejto; Connor and Sydney Carlson, and eight great-grandchildren. Sadly, he was predeceased by his two sons: Murray King, in 1995 and Kevin King, in 2003. Del married the love of his life, Angie, on December 19, 1954 in Yorkton, SK. And their love and devotion remained constant. They moved to Edmonton in 1970, where their four children grew up, and in 2003, they moved to Winnipeg. Del was a faithful Jehovah's Witness. He served as an elder for close to 60 years and enjoyed many privileges, including serving as a marrying agent for 35 years. He was a man of integrity, faithful to his creator, Jehovah. He lived by Bible principles and knew that "both if we live and if we die, we belong to Jehovah". (Rom. 14:8) Dad left us an outstanding example and we appreciate our strong spiritual heritage and know we will see him soon in the resurrection. (Rev. 21:4) A memorial talk will be given on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1877 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg. WWW.VOYAGEFUNERALHOME.COM
