ALLAN BEHRENDS It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Allan, on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at the Selkirk Hospital, at the age of 71 years. Allan will be lovingly remembered by his wife Diana, daughter Crystal (Jeff Aerssens), son Geoffrey, daughter-in-law Stephanie, grandchildren: Alicia, Alexis, Owen, Liam, James and sister Joyce Morrison. Allan is the son of the late George and Mabel Behrends. Allan will be missed by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Vic Kruchak, Carol and Frank Koslowsky, Barb and Bud Litchie, Annette Addy, Patricia Pawluk and their families. Allan will also be missed by his many friends, with special mention to Lorne Habing and his family. The family is grateful to the medical staff at Selkirk Hospital for their outstanding attention during his stay. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. No formal service will be held, however, a casual come and go celebration of Allan's life will take place Sunday, October 30, 2016, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at Seasons Funeral Chapel, 576 Balsam Crescent, in Oakbank. www.seasonsfunerals.ca
