My heart is sad since hearing of the passing of "Aunty Betty" known to my family. Betty was such a special soul, full of life and love for all that knew her. She was the first one to offer to look after my babies when I returned to the work force and I knew that they were in the best care possible. Her smile and her laughter will be missed everyday by us all. She will be the brightest star in the sky shining down on the beautiful family that she nurtured everyday for so many years. You will be so very missed but will NEVER be forgotten. Our condolences to the family during this most difficult time. Hugs and much love ❤️. - Posted by: Jacquie McBain (Woodward) (Friend of the family ) on: Jan 31, 2017

oh Betty, oh Betty .. my Mary, my mom... I can see so clearly in my minds eye the day we met. I loved you from the very moment we sat by one another, and talked about deserts, right after Thanksgiving supper. You listened to me as I spoke about Thanksgiving being MY mom's favorite holiday, and experiences of that day. I wanted to thank you for all your love. I also want to say to you, for the acceptance into your family, I love you and I adored you, I always will. We will miss you terribly, and I will remember you always with great admiration, respect and gratefulness for the love of MY life, your daughter Roberta. for it not for you Mary-Betty,,, I would be lost. Anyways mama, you know how I feel about you...to the heavens you go my girl, you were the best.... no doubt. I love you. Kim. xoxoxoxoxo - Posted by: Kim Wiggett (Daughter-in-law) on: Jan 30, 2017

My deepest condolences to Gary, Terry, Bert, and all of Bettys many friends and family members. I will always remember her from the many times I spent over at the St. Vital family home on Morier Avneue with Terry getting into our own form of trouble from time to time...nothing serious...but Betty would keep us in line...you could bet on that. She was an amazingly strong a resilient woman, and I always looked up to her. She has spread her wings now and will be looking down over all of us, and still keeping us in line. All my love to all of the family. - Posted by: David R. Gledhill (Friend of Terry and Berts, and one of her many sons from another mother.) on: Jan 21, 2017
