Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES STARR (BOUBARD) May 24, 1945 - April 30, 2017 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and partner. Wake services started on May 2, 2017 at the Christ Anglican Church in Fort Alexander with the funeral on Friday, May 5, 2017 beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Reverends Richard and Nancy Bruyere officiating, cremation to follow. Frances was predeceased by her son Nelson, her parents John and Frances Boubard; brothers - William (Wild Bill) and David; sisters - Mary and Norma and George Basil; along with her nieces and nephews, friends and relatives. Frances (Monay) will be lovingly remembered by her partner Russell; children - Marlene, Philip (Margaret), Henry, David, Sharon (Brian), Cecil, Earl (Christine) and Devin (Kathy), along with their father George (Chaluk); her siblings - Joseph, Marie, Linda, Melvin (Abby) and Eva; 39 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. The family would like to thank everyone who has shown us their love and support during our time of sorrow. Mom we miss you so very much, I am so honored that you welcomed me and showered us with your love, I have the greatest memories of all the time you spent with me and your grandchildren. You are our sunshine ā I miss our morning calls I'm so happy you lived with us, and I want more time with you always. You are in my heart and my prayers and we keep you with us as well as with all the kiddos by talking and remembering all the good funny times, all the wonderful things you shown me and taught me. I am happy that we got to know each other as much as we did, you are always a blessing and I miss you each and every day mom.
