  • It's with great sorrow to know of the passing of Sean. I know that Sean and my daughter Elaan shared a bond and connectedness that is rare and special. Although I did not know Sean as well as my daughter, I can say that he left me with a lasting impression of a young man with compassion for others, a good sense of humor, great character, intelligence, empathy and someone you cannot help but grow close too quickly. Sean will be greatly missed by those that knew him well, and even for those that only shared brief moments in conversation, at dinner or on. a game night or too. As a parent, I am overwhelmed by your loss. I can only encourage you to gather all the memories to reflect on and cherish. Hopefully with the passage of time, grief will diminish. - Posted by: Gordon Grassler (Elaan's Father) on: May 09, 2017

  • Have met wonderful people during my trip in South America, like Sean and Judith when I was in Bolivia. And man, I still remember some great laughs from the pizzeria and things I shared with Sean through WhatsApp after leaving Sucre, Bolivia. I still talk to them to this day, asking how my adventures are going and everything. It came to me as a surprise that Sean passed away. 1,000 miles away from his hometown and I feel the pain from here. They were both very supportive on my trip and I am glad I met Judith and Sean. RIP Sean, you're in a better place now. - Posted by: Franklyn Gonzalez (Friend from Bolivia Trip) on: May 08, 2017

  • Sean spent alot of time with our family, at special events, get together and parties. He was always so kind and thoughtful. I remember his smile and laughter would fill the room with such overwhelming warmth. I am so saddened with this news but I am comforted with the thought that he is at peace. Rest in my peace my dear friend. I will miss you. - Posted by: Micheline Lessard Lesk (friens) on: May 06, 2017

  • I am so sorry for your loss. Your son served my parents many a meal at Cathedral Manor. Whenever I was there for dinner he treated everyone with kindness and respect. A gentle soul has been lost. - Posted by: Vernon DePape () on: May 06, 2017

  • Sean was this quiet young man who never said much but who served his fellow man with grace and love. I can still recall the time he came to help clear out the basement and clean the yard; of him jumping up and down on the wood planks to reduce their length so they'd fit in the garbage bin and his strength wielding the mass to break up the concrete blocks. Thanks Sean! You made my life and that of your dearest friends (Tristan, Matt, Daugert) one of love and true friendship. Your smile said it all. - Posted by: Claire Bérubé (relative) on: May 06, 2017

  • I first met Sean in 2006. We shared computer class together. Even though we never always sat next to each other, he never strayed too far. He always wanted to make everyone laugh. His jokes and charm kept people smilng throughout the dark room and all the tidious tasks we had to perform. All he ever wanted was to fill people's hearts with happiness. And that's what he did. Sean, even though at the time, you thought you were alone, I am glad that in your peace now-you can see you never ever were. You will be forever missed and remembered no matter how little or many the memories you made with friends and family. Again I offer my deepest sympathies to his loved ones. - Posted by: Samantha (High school acquaintance) on: May 06, 2017
