Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIFER ANN GRAHAM (nee CLENACHAN) February 10, 1951 - April 28, 2017 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jen after a painful struggle with cancer. She will always be lovingly remembered by her husband Ian; her children Chris, Julie (Rob), Scott, Kyle (Brianna), grandchildren Eddie and Hollie; her brother Sam and his daughters Pauline and Roisin and their families in Vancouver; her brother Neil (Jean) and his family in Ireland. Also missing Jen are Ian's brothers and sister Colin, Ken (Jackie) and Fiona in Ireland. Deeply missed by her many friends in Winnipeg, Vancouver, Edmonton, Scotland and Ireland. Jen was born in Derry N. Ireland and grew up in England and Castlerock N. Ireland. She and Ian married in 1971 and moved to Winnipeg in 1976 with their children Chris and Julie. Two of her children, Scott and Kyle, were born in Winnipeg. Jen is remembered by everyone as a good person, kind, honest and fair, who put others ahead of herself. She believed and practiced tolerance and equality and rarely had an unkind word about anyone. Her love of animals is well known and she was always surrounded by her dogs (currently Thor and Sara). She loved all God's creatures and thrived in the simple pleasure of her plants and garden, the birds and animals. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jen's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagmodiere Blvd. Jen's remains will be taken back to Ireland at a later date. Special thanks to the Palliative Home Care aides, nurses, doctors and staff who made Jen's last month at home as comfortable as possible. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an animal shelter of your choice. When I come to the end of the road And the sun has set for me I want no tears and a gloom filled room Miss me a little but not for long Miss me and let me go home Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca Glen Lawn Funeral Home 204-982-7550

Our deepest condolences on the loss of your dear wife Jenny and to all the family. Jenny was a beautiful and caring person and it was a pleasure to work together and socialize with the family many, many years ago. Time passes so quickly but the memories still linger. I will always remember Jenny and keep her forever in my heart. I wish you all God's blessings. Yours truly, Sharon and Mike Molnar - Posted by: Sharon Molnar (Co-Worker at ST.
