Condolences & Memories (8 entries)

  • Myrna was one of my best friends in high school in Nanaimo. After visiting her in Winnipeg when she moved back there she convinced me to move too and we had many laughs and adventures as roommates on Edmonton St. I returned to BC after a year, attended her wedding and had some visits over the years but had not seen her since her girls were little. Unfortunately we lost touch years ago and only recently re-connected via FB. I wasn't aware she was so ill and I'm so sorry to hear of her passing, I will remember her beautiful smile, the fun we had in Nanaimo and Winnipeg, and wish we could have had more time to catch up. My sympathies to all of her family. - Posted by: Shirley (Masson) Witczak (Friend) on: Aug 14, 2017

  • Rick & girls I am SO very sorry for all of you to hear of Myrna's passing. Even though our lives paths have taken us away from each other, you Myrna and the girls have always been in my heart. I have many wonderful memories of our times spent together. Our kids grew up together, we have shared many family things over the years. I still have the " kids quips" that Myrna wrote out when Mikey & Danielle went to Greendell tiny tots together. My heart goes out to all of you at the loss of a wonderful mom, wife & friend. Take care of each other.... Kim - Posted by: Kim McDonald (Friend) on: Aug 11, 2017

  • "Family isn't always blood. It's the people in your life who want you in theirs; the ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what." Thank you to the Walls family for the beautiful memories. Myrna was and will always be always a special memory. With love.... - Posted by: Wendy and Joe Krupnik (Friends) on: Aug 11, 2017
