Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECIL MICHAEL PEARSON 1930 - 2017 Cecil passed away on Sunday, September 10, at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Cec was born in Teulon, Manitoba and to McKenzie Island, Ontario and after to Toronto and back to Winnipeg. Family and friends will miss him for his love of music. The Universal Dance Band played in many legions, for weddings and in senior homes. Many thanks to the nurses and staff at U7 and U8, 3rd floor and Seven Oaks for their care. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Dufferin Seniors Centre, 377 Dufferin Avenue, Winnipeg. Cecil was a regular passenger for many years on the Paddlewheel Riverboats in Winnipeg. He was a very kind and friendly person. Going out of his way to be nice to strangers and was also a good guitar player. He enjoyed going to Goldeyes games and often would have free tickets to give to others.
