I worked for Manitoba Hydro at 375 Dawson Rd when Ed was the supervisor of the St Boniface District. He was always so kind, caring and considerate. Ed worked hard and cared deeply for those he worked with. He also had a good sense of humour and I will always remember sitring near his office and hearing his laugh ring out! Ed's love for his family was very obvious and he often would share some stories. We were both pleased and surprised to find out I grew up in Windsor Park and that I knew Dawn. She had been friends with my sister Jenny. My deep condolences to Dawn and the whole family on your loss. Your dad was one of the nicest people I ever knew. ll never forget Ed and his kindness. May you find comfort in all your wonderful memories of good times together. - Posted by: Roxanne Byron Anderson (former co-worker) on: Oct 30, 2017

Dear Dawn, Guyle, Debbie, Kerry, Greg and grandchildren. We will all miss Uncle Edward very much. He was a wonderful big brother to our Dad. He could always be counted on for sensible, sound advice and recollections of the Milligan history. I have a film of he and Aunty Florence attending a birthday party at our house and it is a wonderful keepsake. What a wonderful couple they were. I remember them visiting me in Calgary while there for hockey. I also appreciated so much their visits to Liam when he was in hospital as a preemie. May you find strength in learning to deal with this tremendous loss. Love, Catherine, Bill, Brittany, Liam, Betty and Nelson Junior - Posted by: Catherine Milligan (Niece) on: Oct 25, 2017

My heart felt condolences. You dad was a special person and a nice guy. Ed had a huge influence on me. Working for him, in my late teens, and getting all his assistance and direction is something I will always appreciate. We are touring in Africa and unfortunately cannot attend the funeral but thinking of you. - Posted by: Brian McAughey (familyt) on: Oct 21, 2017
