Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE STELLA SCALETTA December 7, 1932 - December 8, 2017 I, Marie Stella Scaletta, would like to let you know that after 85 years I've moved on to my celestial journey. I kiss goodbye the love of my life, Busty (Sam), who was by my side for 67 years through sickness, health and happiness. Together, Busty and I have created six wonderful children who have provided us with a close, ever growing family. I have been blessed to have had such a special relationship with my little sister, Betty-Jane, who has been like my daughter, my friend and my spiritual confident. My Busty always said: "We had a good run!" A celebration of my life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., with a reception to follow. Donations can be made to the charity of one's choice. Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenlawn.ca Glen Lawn Funeral Home 204-982-7550

My deepest sympathy to you Sam and your children and grandchildren. I will have and have had fond memories of times spent with you and Marie over the years with dinners at our homes, travel to golf tournaments and the many activities our group were involved in at Chippawa.
