My condolences to Karen and family. Wow this is so unbelievable . As was said obituary Doug would stop listen to your problems and do anything for you which was so true. Karen I'm so very very sorry for your loss. I'm going to miss those conversations where he stood and talked and talked and talked and the look in your eyes was like at least he's talking to you and it's your turn now. I I am going to miss those times wow they were just so great. Actually I've missed them for the last year-and-a-half. But every time I thought of them they put a smile on my face. Or when I look up the clock on Sundays at 4 and not see that car pulling up I was wondering what why and where are they you guys were not allowed to be more than 5 minutes late oh my God that just puts a smile on my face thinking about it. I could go on and on but Karen I just wanted to let you know a bit of what was in my heart about the you and Doug. Another Angel has entered heaven. - Posted by: Wanda (Friend) on: Jan 15, 2018

SO sad to know that Dougie is gone! We were very close when young, & played together a lot....luckily we lived close to each other for many years. He was my favourite cousin...he never once called me by my name but always called me 'Cuz'. The world will be a less happier place without him, he was just the best! Very sad for his wife & son.....Take care, both of you.....Jacquie & Carl (husband) - Posted by: Jacquie North (Cousin) on: Jan 13, 2018
