Growing up in La Salle our parents were very good friends with Mme Florence and M. Gab. The dads used to curl together and I especially remember Mom and Mme Florence judging costumes at the Ladies' bonspiels. Our sincere sympathies go out to the Simard family, your mom was a lovely lady. May your wonderful memories of her sustain you in your time of grief. - Posted by: Colette (Vouriot) Carriere (family friend) on: Jan 26, 2018

My condolences extend to all of Aunt Florence's family and friends. There are many good memories of times spent in Aunt Florence and Uncle Gabe's home that was always full of laughter, good food, and friendship. Auntie Florence was a big part of making that happen.
