Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Wilfrid; children, Dennis (Nadine), Joy (Don), Paulette (Kevin), Pauline (Rod), Monique (Marty), Robert (Penny). Thirteen grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Mark; parents, Louis and Mathilda Dansereau (nee Bouchard), four brothers and two sisters. Born in Letellier, MB and lived on her family farm until she married Wilfrid in 1951. They made a life in Emerson, Edmonton, Brandon and Winnipeg. Mom with her sister Anne Marie, enjoyed a trip travelling through Europe where the destination was to her brother's home in Belgium. Mom loved many winters in Palm Springs, trips to Hawaii, and other warm destinations. She was generous with her talents cooking, sewing and knitting. Her career was her family. Her faith and belief in God was unmeasurable. Our family was blessed with a superior role model who was a strong and graceful mother and grandmother. Wilfrid was blessed with the love of his life for 67 years. We are blessed to know that Marguerite is in the care of God. Thank you to Dr. Hiebert and the staff at River View Health Centre for your care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6, www.heartandstroke.mb.ca Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 1, 2018 at St. Timothy's Parish, 135 John Forsyth Road, a private interment to follow the reception.
