Although we lost touch for many years, I was proud to call Roy my cousin. I have many fond memories of visiting their home. Running into him in strange places, stealing strawberries from the garden. Resting among the angels and laughing at us mere mortals. 🙏🕊🪽💋💞💕 - Posted by: Cherylene (Cousin ) on: Dec 18, 2023

I worked with Roy at Crown Lands in the mid-1980s, amongst a bunch of illustrious and anomalous characters. He was an amazing person with an intricate knowledge of Canadian history and a shared penchant for neologism (we co-coined the term "Squarks" for people who were operating at less than optimal performance). I lost touch with him over the years but always wondered how he was doing. A good guy who made other people happy. - Posted by: Dr. Paul Hughes (Former co-worker) on: Mar 12, 2018

I met Roy while working at Crown Lands. He was kind and generous with his time and knowledge. It was a privilege to know him and may he rest in peace. Leslie - Posted by: Leslie green (Friend) on: Mar 10, 2018
