I grew up down the street from the Lebtag's on Leighton Avenue. I have wonderful memories of Mrs. and Mr. Lebtag. They always included me in activities simply because I was a friend of Lyn's. Mrs. Lebtag was kind and gracious to this little girl, and I thank her for that. She taught me the concept of 'it takes a village to raise a child', long before it became a popular phrase. Her short bread cookies still hold up as the best after all these years. My condolences to Lyn and Dorothy. - Posted by: Rita Leonard (Neighbour) on: Mar 15, 2018
