WILFRID JULES CARON Wilfrid passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2018, at the age of 87. He is survived by Lorraine, his loving wife of 60 years, daughters, Jacqueline, Yvette (Andrew) and Diane (Dave), sons, Robert (Yvette) and Edouard (Deborah). Granddaughters, Chantelle (Brett), Danielle, Celine, Ashley and Jordyn also will sadly miss their Pepere. Fred has now reunited with his parents Leon and Stella; sister Rose; brothers Charles, Benard and Roger; and leaves to cherish his memory siblings Pierrette, Antoinette and Andre; and extended family members. Fred worked in the auto body trade for 30 years then went on to Autopac as an estimator until his retirement. He will be remembered for his kindness, patience, always there to help if needed. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, talking to people, sharing a funny story followed by a laugh that was contagious. He loved being outdoors, travelling and camping with the family and fixing fender benders in his garage. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 4588 Roblin Blvd. on April 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with Msgr. Maurice Comeault officiating.
