Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH (JOEY BOY) ALBERT HILAPO January 1, 1960 - March 28, 2018 Joey passed away in his home, at the age of 58. He was genuinely selfless and thoughtful. He cared deeply for his family and friends, and never hesitated to help how he could. He enjoyed being outdoors. As an avid fisherman and camper, he excelled using his problem solving and survival skills. He was predeceased by his parents, Alberto and Catalina, and leaves to mourn his only child Alyssa, his siblings Alenie, Alelie, and Santy, nieces and nephews, his brotherhood in Alpha Phi Omega, and many friends and relatives in Canada and the Philippines. He was loved very much and his humour and positivity will truly be missed. Lamay/Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Father Renerio Dayanan presiding. Cremation to follow. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 172 Worth Street, Winnipeg, MB with Rev. Father Renerio Dayanan celebrant.
