CONSUELO (VILLANUEVA) MARTESANO Peacefully, with family by her side, Consuelo Martesano passed away at Grace Hospital, on April 4, 2018, at the age of 74 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Juanita and Vincent Villanueva, and her brother Vincente (Boy) Villanueva Jr. (Linda). She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Rolito Martesano; her children, MaryAnn Oprea and Jeanette Martesano; her grandchildren, Gabrielle and Ava Oprea; her brothers and sisters, Renato, Leo (Mehr), Raul (Vangie), Juanito (Tita) and Edith (Tony), and her nieces and nephews in Canada and the Philippines. Lamay will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodiere Blvd.) on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at St. Patrick's Church (172 Worth St.) at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow at Glen Lawn Funeral Home. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Grace Hospital on 3N for their care during Consuelo's last days.
