It's been 3 years since I received that horrid phone call from your son and what followed through after that was excruciating grief for myself and others. Today and everyday is in your honor. Not one day has passed that I haven't missed and thought of you. Today and these surrounding days I try to do is focus on so many happy, giggly memories and not any of the many tragic traumatic days and nights. I love and miss you Angie Always and Forever ❤️ - Posted by: Kimberley Bray (Sister) on: May 21, 2021

I am still thinking about Angie. She was the first real friend I ever had. When I was very small her mom, Fran babysat me. Angie and I were of an age so we were good friends. We moved away to another area of the city. One day when I was walking down the street (I was about 9) a woman walked up and picked up my bangs and said "Frances!" She had seen the birthmark on my forehead. It was Fran again and that was when Angie and I became friends again. I remember when she brought newborn Curtis to my house after we both were married. I will always remember a fun and precocious friend. I am still very heartbroken at what happened to my friend. I am thinking of Fran and Ernie and Kimmie so much. I want you all to know that my family is thinking of you. - Posted by: Frances Bitney (friends of the family) on: Nov 21, 2018

Today is your Birthday Ang. You would be 50. My plans of pink flamingos in your yard are no longer relevant. I fondest birthday celebrations are when Mom and Ernie would have a party for you at McDonald's across the street from the stadium on St. James St. They had those hard chairs with hamburgler, fry kids, grimace and of course Ronald McDonald. Most recents we've gone to lunches eating your favorite chicken wings on Roblin and the Greek cafeteria style good burgers. Kaley, D.J.,you and I would always have pleasant, fun, laughing times. Not a day goes by that I don't cry or ball my eyes out. I missed you when you were here. I miss you sooo much more that I can't hug you and do a drive by carding and gift. I can hear your laugh and see your beautiful smiles. I can hear your voice. You were the foundation and peace keeper of all. I love you. You are in Daddy's arms safe in heaven. Amen. - Posted by: Kimberley Bray (Sister) on: Oct 05, 2018

My deepest condolences to everyone affected by this tragedy, I was a co-worker of Lorne's within the school division he worked for, and I got to know him while working along side him at Westdale, and our many hours of overtime together. He was always so kind, caring, funny and probably the most hard working person I've ever met. He never hesitated to help anyone who needed it. I had so much fun working with him, and we were always playing pranks around the school on each other. There was never a dull moment, and the office was full of laughter while I was there. I have nothing but respect for what I know of Lorne Tuner. Rest peacefully. - Posted by: Samantha Lane (Co-worker/friend) on: May 28, 2018

Angela and I became friends five years ago and we talked at least three to four times a day, she always made me laugh. She was a wonderful and kind person. She loved her boys, and there wasn't anything that she wouldn't do for them. She was a extremely knowledgeable mentor and I learned so much from her. I will miss her and I will never forget her. Where does one start to describe a 20 year friendship and the love and passion for our ragdolls and siberian cats. You were close like we lived next door, talking a few times a week, talking about our kids and the cats. I will never forget you Angie girl we shall meet again one day so sadly saying good bye Janie and the fur babies. Angie and I were best friends through high school. She was maid of honor at my wedding, we had our first babies together and often hung out at the zoo pushing our strollers together. I moved away and we lost touch for awhile and reconnected and would often go out for coffee. Angie and her 3 boys visited me and my 2 girls in Shilo for sleepovers and once again after moving back to Winnipeg we lost touch. Unfortunately lives go in different directions. I have thought about how Ange was doing over the last 20 years but never reached out. I know she loved her boys and was passionate about her cats. So glad to hear she had a grandson💖 I am so shocked and heartbroken to know Angie is no longer with us. My condolences to her 3 boys. - Posted by: Carolyn Schultz (Friend) on: May 26, 2018
